DEFRA are responsible for everything that went wrong - and their solution is to hope all the catteries and kennels have closed before they get their pensions
Now DEFRA have finally acknowledged that they made mistakes, the individuals they put in charge of fixing their mess are content to hide behind shit-eating grins and conflicts of interest because all of DEFRA's mistakes are based on personal ignorance, arrogance and incompetence and they don't want to be held to account ... so every day they tick the same checkbox and Do Nothing.
