DEFRA: Idiocrats inAction

Junior Doctors have to be forced to take strike action to reverse 15 years of real terms wage cuts to do an outstanding job every day of their lives - While bureaucrats have Christmas off, get up every day, go to the bathroom and not only do they want to be paid for not working but none of them see the clown wig in the mirror.

None of them understand that every day of inaction is another day that the public are paying them to deliberately and consciously harm the country.

DEFRA_82

The DEFRA children are barely able to tie their own shoe laces, so when the DEFRA kids were given the crayons to write our regulations of course DEFRA failed to consider any practicalities, failed to foresee any consequences and failed to consult anyone in our sector … After three years of doing nothing to fix their mess, every day inspections were carried out there were new problems and a third of the country’s boarding capacity has disappeared. so DEFRA must be fired, broken up and restructured to work before they assume the authority to interfere in anyone else’s business.

Some of the most idiotic and incomprehensible nonsense DEFRA included in their regulations is that we have to prove annual education improvements.

  • After 10 years of doing the same job, DEFRA thinks that for our sector there’s some place to go to learn more and made it a requirement of receiving a license regardless of experience!
    • There is no spare money to waste on useless courses.
    • They should be thinking that this clearly hasn’t been required by anyone at DEFRA for several decades so is hardly a legitimate demand to include in any regulation.

Cost free and un-costed alterations.

  • The absolute clown show that thought that upgrades to boarding establishments or remodelling is either free or that catteries and kennels can just close down and cancel bookings just to carry out unnecessary alterations is pure idiocracy.
    • When you’re on a minimum wage, additional financial burdens to pay anyone else to do work at average or trade wages is not a thing.
    • For a two week closure there’s a month’s loss of income because it’s not just the period you close for that you have no income, but the weeks either side when there’s an overlap of even a day.

No route to improve unless the licensing officer is replaced, and then anything could happen.

  • These idiocrats thought they wrote regulations to encourage catteries or kennels to make changes so that they could transition from a three star to a five star boarding establishment.
    • For this to be true Local Authorities would have needed to specify all the infringements of lower standard regulations, put those changes in writing and then return to confirm that they had been raised to the higher standard.
    • Unfortunately, DEFRA didn’t consider the practicalities of anything because it would still be impossible for anyone to move from a three to a five star rating because the only route to reach the higher standard is to meet the costs by investing your own living expenses.
    • There’s even one regulation that trumps all other ratings because DEFRA made the 5 star rating dependent on not leaving the premises when your business is closed! And this moronic idea applies to everyone even if you run the cattery on your own - something that DEFRA included solely to create two different standards for their dysfunctional rating system.
